LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION FOR H-1 B NONIMMIGRANT
To All Employees:
Notice is hereby given that a Labor Condition Application for H-1B Nonimmigrant Alien Worker has been filed with the United States Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, United States Employment Service Certifying Officer.
Alief Independent School District is seeking to hire non-immigrant workers as indicated below.

All teachers earn a rate of pay at or above the prevailing wage and will be employed by Alief ISD and placed at campuses within the school district.
Labor Condition Applications are available for public inspection at the offices of Alief ISD at 12302 High Star Drive, Houston, Texas 77072.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
